Who could have thought such few ingredients could be so good!
Caramelize onions (slice thin and cook slowly in a dry skillet), add a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper, slowly brown. Meanwhile cook thin pasta. Toss it together with a bit of the pasta water. Sprinkle with Parmesan. YUM! I mean, YUMMM! Here is the official recipe.
Easy. Quick. Cheap. Who could ask for more?
