Tennessee

We are just north of Knoxville tonight.  It will be in the 20s overnight but that will be the best we see for the rest of the trip.  Tomorrow night in Kentucky it is supposed to be 4 and then we will be home.  Ahhhh.  Home.

We spent 4 hours on the road today and will be escaping the area before they get and inch of snow tomorrow.  I will just be happy not to have to pull the rig through any snow…that is my goal right now.

The Bearded One has been watching commercials for a frozen chinese meal and wanted to pick one out at the Super Walmart we stopped at today.  (Okay, I know that Walmart is not preferred.  At home, I support local businesses but, again, when you are in a strange area, driving a rig that is 45 feet long, Walmart is a known quantity for a large parking lot and the goods that lie within.)

He chose Wanchai Ferry Spicy Garlic Chicken

The good news is that it was really tasty and easy and fast.

The bad news is that it was nearly $7.  It was just enough for two people with minimal appetites.  Then there is the long list of ingredients, the amount of sodium and sugar.

BUT, in a pinch for time or facilities, I would do it again.  Much better than most frozen dinners.  A bit spicy but we like it that way!
