Vegetables. Past and Future

We worked in the garden today.  Both of us.  Sigh….so wonderful that The Bearded One is feeling well enough to work in the garden again.  It has been two years since he has really felt well enough and motivated enough to actually do the work.  Yeah.

We worked together.  I weeded half of the asparagus patch and planted rhubarb (more about that in a future post).  He planted onions, peas, radishes, and other stuff.  It was wonderful.

We took a load of garden clippings to the recycling center.  Clippings that were too large for composting.  I did not know what to do with them…he does now.  Woowhee!

I dare not be too excited for fear that it will go away….  Count your blessings, just not too loudly lest they be taken away….

Last night I worked on the Eggplant picture a bit.

What to do with the foreground and background.  Why is that usually the issue.  I am going to fine tune the subject tomorrow and get my instructor’s advice on Monday.
