Most days I wake up with a ‘plan’ for the day. Things to accomplish. Tasks to be done.
This morning, not so much. I felt like…doing nothing. I felt like staying in my jammies and vegging out. So, I did.
Granted, I showered and I cooked. But that was it.
I watched whatever I wanted on TV. I surfed the internet. I read. Ahhh. Life is good.
Tomorrow, I will wake up with a plan and get dressed again. But, for the rest of the night…Jammie Time!
We had Vegetarian Burritos and Spanish Quinoa (a new recipe) for dinner. I am trying to stay away from white rice and I have found brown rice to be questionable when making Spanish Rice so I thought the Quinoa was worth a try. Healthy and much more tasty!
