Shrimp Fra Diavolo with Savory Polenta

We spent our first night at the Lake last night, staying at our trailer site.  The weather yesterday was beautiful, in the high 70s.  Perfect.  We mowed the site (and a good thing since growth is about 3 weeks ahead of the usual schedule!).  The grass was high enough that moving the mower in some areas was challenging.

I am trying to catch up on some wonderful recipes we have tried lately.  One of them is Shrimp Fra Diavolo.

The recipe is from Country Living and was great!  I pretty much used the recipe as is, but did not use grocery bought polenta but a recipe for Savory Polenta from Alton Brown.  Where has polenta been all my life?  I have had fried mush but polenta itself was missing from my repertoire!  It is great!
