Homemade Tortilla Chips

Ingredients:

6 inch unsalted corn tortillas

Olive oil cooking spray

Cayenne pepper or mild chile powder, to taste

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Cut tortillas into quarters, lightly mist both sides with cooking spray and arrange in a single layer on two baking sheets.  Dust tops with cayenne pepper if you like a little spice, or chile powder for a more subtle flavor.  Bake in oven for 5 to 6 minutes per side or until crisp and lightly browned.  Chips will continue to crisp as they cool.

Serve with Guacamole.
